Refund policy

This policy applies to all items purchased on www.shopnasr.com or in person at our store in Buzzards Bay, MA.

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly happy when purchasing through us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 7 days for a full refund, or you can exchange it within 30 days of purchasing - no questions asked. Exchanges
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

If you do not wish to re-purchase an item and prefer to exchange it, or to exchange a ring or bracelet for a different size, please follow the instructions found on our exchanges page. How to Prepare An Exchange

For jewelry items less than $1000 being exchanged within 30 days:
  • We offer an easy and convenient exchange process through our website for items $1000 or less. You can find that information here.
For jewelry items greater than $1000 being exchanged within 30 days:
  • Please contact us at (508) 743-9900 or info@shopnasr.com to speak with one of our specialists. Our team is only available during our business hours.  
How To Prepare A Return
For jewelry items being returned for a refund within 7 days:
  1. Contact one of our specialists at (508) 743-9900 or info@shopnasr.com
  2. Have your order information ready, and advise the specialist that you wish to return an item 
  3. Within one business day of your phone call we will email you instructions on where to return your item and how to safely and securely package them. 
  4. You may return your merchandise using the carrier of your choice. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. Simply print the label and affix to the outside top portion of the box.
  5. Once your order arrives to us, all refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method.
Insuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Items that show signs of wear
  • Special Orders or Custom Designs
  • Shipping Fees
  • Items that have been altered from their original condition
  • Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. All engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable.
  • Diamonds that were purchased as part our upgrade program or are missing their original paperwork/ laboratory grading report.
  • Gift Cards or Sale Item
  • Items that were purchased through a third-party or discount retailer like Etsy, Amazon, or eBay.
Terms & Conditions
  • Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused/ unworn condition" to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or that show alteration by a jeweler other than NASR Jewelers will not be accepted.
  • Items sent to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number, packages shipped beyond the 7-day return/ 30-day exchange period, or items that are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.
  • Diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report.
  • Rings that have been sized are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items must be purchased either in-store or online through www.shopnasr.com. Any items sold on discount sites or other resellers do not qualify for returns under this policy.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards are non-refundable. Sale Items may be eligible for an exchange.

Shipping Loss or Damages 

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us right away at (508) 743-9900 or email info@shopnasr.com. Please keep all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of confirmation of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Ring Sizing
As part of our Lifetime Warranty, rings can be sized for free at anytime, when possible. For all other items, we are always happy to re-size when needed. Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten or Carbon Fiber; and some others cannot be resized, as they would need to be remade in the correct size. It is very important that you take the necessary precautions to order the correct size at the time of purchasing. We get that mistakes happen, and we are happy to help work with metals/ stones that you already have to help reduce the cost of the new piece. Cancel Or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call us to (508) 743-9900 for the quickest possible service. We will attempt to accommodate order changes as best as we can prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes may result in a shipping delay. We are unable to make changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a return or exchange once you have received the shipment.
